Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Carrier Restrictions
All shipments are currently fulfilled through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not offer shipping via FedEx, UPS, or other private carriers at this time due to carrier-specific restrictions related to hemp-derived products.
Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
We reserve the right to verify age and identity prior to shipment and may cancel or refund any order that cannot be successfully verified.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying state laws and regulatory changes, certain products may not be shipped to specific states.
We do not ship any products to California at this time.

Shipping eligibility is determined at checkout. Orders placed in violation of state restrictions may be canceled without notice.
Compliance with Federal Law
All hemp-derived products sold by MUHA MEDS contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill (Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, Pub. L. 115-334).
Some states impose stricter regulations on cannabinoids including, but not limited to, Delta-8 THC, Delta-10 THC, THC-A, HHC, and related compounds. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local and state laws before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales on MUHA MEDS are final.
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Packages marked “Return to Sender” will not be accepted, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing checkout.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence so we may review the issue.
