SHIPPING FAQ

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

Yes. We ship to domestic U.S. military bases located within the 50 United States.
Please ensure that your address is entered using the correct USPS military format (APO/FPO/DPO) to avoid delays or delivery issues.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it.

This policy helps us minimize fulfillment errors and maintain a high level of accuracy and service quality. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled or modified directly through your account. To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer expedited or rush shipping.

Our standard USPS Priority shipping typically delivers within 3–5 business days after shipment. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Additionally, we do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. We will update our shipping options if regulations and carrier restrictions change.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAME?

Orders are generally shipped via USPS within 48–72 business hours after payment has been successfully processed.

We operate Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Orders placed on Fridays typically ship the following Monday
During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 4–6 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that the estimated delivery time (3–5 business days) begins after the package has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

WHAT IS CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring phytocannabinoid found in hemp and cannabis plants. It interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which plays a role in regulating many biological processes.

CBD is widely researched for its wellness-related applications in both humans and animals.

IS IT ILLEGAL TO SELL HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCTS?

No. Hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and are exempt from the Federal Controlled Substances Act.

Our products comply with all applicable federal regulations.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TAKING CBD?

Due to DSHEA regulations, we are unable to make specific medical or health claims about CBD.

We encourage customers to:

Always speak with your doctor before starting any new supplement.

CAN CBD GET ME “HIGH”?

No. CBD is non-psychoactive and does not produce a “high.”
It does not cause intoxication and has a strong safety profile when used responsibly.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEMP AND MARIJUANA?

Hemp and marijuana are both cannabis plants, but they differ significantly:

Hemp

Contains less than 0.3% THC
Grown primarily for wellness products, textiles, and food
Does not produce intoxicating effects

Marijuana

Contains higher levels of THC
Grown for its flowers
Used recreationally or medically in states where legal

Hemp cultivation generally has fewer restrictions and a lower environmental impact.

IS CBD FROM HEMP LESS POTENT THAN CBD FROM MARIJUANA?

No. CBD is CBD, regardless of whether it is sourced from hemp or marijuana.

The body processes CBD the same way regardless of its source, and its interaction with receptors and enzymes remains identical.
